Warranty Policy

At FindOz, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided for eligible purchases.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Eligible products purchased from FindOz are covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product (where applicable)
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item
  • Issue a full or partial refund

The chosen resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

What Is Covered

Examples of issues that may be covered include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Products that fail under normal intended use due to a manufacturing issue
  • Products that arrive with functional defects not caused during shipping

Each warranty claim is reviewed individually.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic scratches or minor imperfections after delivery
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Water or liquid damage unless the product is specifically advertised as water-resistant or waterproof
  • Damage caused by power surges, improper charging equipment, or incompatible accessories
  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  • Any additional information we reasonably request to evaluate the claim

Incomplete claims may require additional information before a decision can be made.

Inspection

Some claims may require the product to be returned for inspection before a warranty decision is made.

Return instructions will be provided if necessary.

Customers are asked not to return products until instructed to do so.

Shipping Costs

If a warranty claim is approved because of a confirmed manufacturing defect, FindOz may cover reasonable replacement shipping costs.

If inspection determines that the product is not covered under this Warranty Policy, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Replacement Products

Replacement products may be:

  • A new product
  • A refurbished product of equal quality
  • A comparable product of similar value if the original item is no longer available

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from FindOz.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by FindOz and replaces any other express warranties.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
